Litigation Support

Ferrys Solicitors LLP are seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Part-Time Litigation Legal Secretary / Receptionist to join our busy Ballymun office. A hybrid role combining front-of-house reception duties with legal secretarial support to our litigation department — the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for clients while also providing essential administrative and secretarial support to our litigation team.

About the role

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a litigation legal environment and a fast-paced reception role, along with excellent communication, organisational, and drafting skills. Experience as a civil legal secretary is a distinct advantage.

You'll combine the polish of a great reception with the precision of an experienced legal secretary — managing the front desk while also supporting our litigation solicitors with court-ready documents, file management and deadline tracking.
