Ferrys Solicitors LLP is seeking a reliable and organised Office & Court Services Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of our busy legal practice. This role involves travelling between our five office locations, managing internal document distribution, and handling lodgements and collections at court offices and public bodies.

About the role

You'll be the connective tissue of the firm, keeping mail, files and court documents moving between offices, and making sure urgent papers reach the Courts Service, opposing solicitors and other agencies on time.

It's a varied, active role suited to someone who likes being on the road, takes pride in being dependable, and can be trusted with confidential legal documents. You'll work independently day-to-day, with a supportive team behind you whenever you need it.

Key responsibilities

  • Collection and delivery of internal mail and legal documents between offices
  • Lodgement and collection of documents at court offices and other agencies
  • Ensuring urgent documentation is delivered accurately and on time
  • Maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times
  • Assisting with general office support duties where required

Requirements

  • Full clean driving licence
  • Own reliable transport
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and prioritise tasks
  • Professional manner and good communication skills
  • Previous experience in a legal or administrative environment is desirable but not essential

Location

Based across the five offices of Ferrys Solicitors with regular travel required.
